Basically, ChrisBEAN is one of Hojo's experiments, same as all the dude's with tattoo's. He doesn't get a tatt, because Hojo thinks he's a faliure and unworthy.....

They're all Roth clones as the Roth himself has been brown bread for 5 years!!

ChrisBEAN has given The new Roth the black materia and floated off!!

I got to that part at 10:45pm Saturday, and was feeling really ill and just wanted to go to bed, 20 minutes later I was able to save (damned if I was going to fight the boss again).

Best I can tell, The Roth wasn't dead, just preserved in materia (or something), now he has the Black Materia he's woken up. This has narked off the planet which has subsequently released Weapons to protect itself.......

Meteor is on it's way, ChrisBEAN is a fake, and worse, made of The Roth and Jennova anyway, both of which we know is bad......
And there are some massive ancient monsters knocking about, at least one of which Barrett says is on a 'rampage'

I have just started Disk 3, This is when things get really fun,

Took me 17 hours to get here, everyone is level 50 and has about 5000hp

Will probably spend more than that getting omnislash and gold chocobos, Think I will take on the weapons too

17 hours, disk 3 and level 50? Have you just skipped through loads of dialogue or something?
I'm 15 hours in, disk 1, Wutai area and about level 33.

And Chris, good to see you're really enjoying it, its a cracking story with some awesome twists.

Since ive done 7 I have now moved backwards to 6 as its the only one I have left now.

Meh, could probably do the same damage in half the time with 4 x cut and a few other cleverly equipped materias.

I guess the only thing KoTR has going for it is that it's not interruptible. Bores the hell out of me after a few summons
