Icy Box Caddie Question

This might be a silly question but the IB-138SK-B Caddy has 2 power connectors, 4 pin molex and 15 pin sata. Do i connect both? I'm assuming it's one for the hard drive, one for the fan.
The instructions aren't very clear, it says connect the 4 pin if the 15-pin doesn't exist.

If you've got a spare SATA power connector use that, otherwise a molex will do. It's one or other, not both.
