Crackdown

Wow, great stuff, Squark. It did my head in trying to get the one on top of the Ferris wheel. :D I got sweaty hand syndrome just like when climbing to the top of the Agency tower.
 
Thanks, but it's so annoying, I feel like I've run around the map dozens of times, up over and around everything and I just cannot find it anywhere

I would get excited when I heard the orb noise and then feel :( to find it was a hidden orb.
Fully starred my character in the process though

Can't seem to achieve 'Repo man' either.
I've hijacked loads of gang cars but haven't got it

the only way to find all the orbs before your 75 is to follow a map with the locations on. me and a friend ended up just using a map and marking off all the ones we'd got as we got them, trying to do them in a systematic way and even then we were left with one! :(

Cue scalling the map for hours looking for the last one!

I found 499 green orbs without using any map or guide. 499. WHERE IS MY ONE MISSING ORB?!?! :mad: :(

Got 275 blues. Not so bothered. But ONE off the greens is extremely frustrating :(
 
After renting and trying to play this with my mate on co-op on the same xbox (silly me)

We went and bough ourselves 2 copies today and had a quick blast on co-op(online) OMG what a great game.

Spent a lot of the time mega jumping around getting the green orbs. Simple, great, fun.

Can't wait to get back online with my mate and have a good old time driving, taking out gang member and BRINGING THE CRACK DOWN!!!

Any cool things me and my mate can do in this game?
 
I got 497 with no map, had a look at a map but that didnt really help then after many hours running around I found the last 3 together on the outer edges of shai gen. Crackdown really was a brilliant game.
 
i did this second time (after my hdd failed) with just the knowledge of how many orbs were in each are (i stayed in the area until i got them all) it was all the motivation i needed.

still got loads of blue un's to get still
 
I was stuck on 499 orbs for ages and eventually found my last one on top of the lighthouse (one of the boss' bases). Luckily I was down there AT NIGHT so the green glow was more obvious than in the daytime.
 
Well, i've just rebought this. I never gave it the attention it deserved first time around so thought I would try it again :) Managed to get it for 4 pounds, bargain!
