Who else is wrapped up in the lovely world of air con on these horrible sticky days?

It's the first time I've had it working properly in a car, and damn its good!

Bahh, balls to global warming, lets all be cool instead. Turns out I'm doing 25mpg with it on though... :(

Hands up, air con lovers! :D

*Hand up*

Don't really care about the economy though, it's nice to have it on when driving to/from work

I've tried my car with and without the climate control. Makes sod all difference to my mpg. Then again, I only average about 27 anyway :p

Peasants have NO aircon.

Poor People ONLY have aircon.

Normal people have Climate Control.

That is all, it might drop my mpg by about 1 having the CC on, big deal, tbh you need to stop posting moaning about your mpg, perhaps you should have though about this before buying a turbo petrol car? :p

I have my climate control on all the time in the Mondeo. Still average around 40MPG driving mostly too and from work in rush hour.

I'm that used to it now it doesn't feel right when I turn it off.

It doesn't seem to be making an impact on the mpg in my Clio 172.

Driving along I turn it off and drop the temp down on the climate. Sitting in traffic it is a god send!

I dont know what there is to moan at anyway...25mpg is respectable! Its those people who get <20 mpg I sympathise with :p

Actually just to add, unless its above 25Degrees or below around 20 or so i actually prefer to have all the windows down (unless i'm on the motorway) or driving much above 60mph, but yes Climate Control is a godsend much above this and when sat in traffic etc.
