i have long hair but im getting really sick of it so im thinking of cutting it all off, problem is that i want a few days inside to get used to it so i dont want to go to the barbers and have to walk home like it :p

i only have some babyliss trimmers so can anyone see a reason why i couldnt just shave it all off with those now?

Yup works fine, provided you have the guides for the length you want. Take it slow and make sure its fully charged! Generally they're not quite as beefy as proper hair trimmers to just take it slow and steady, should be fine.

Yes, I've done it before when my main clippers broke. I have a number 1 all over. Just have to go a bit steady so it doesn't get blocked up, especially if you have long hair. If your just trimming it a bit it'll be fine.

I'll be shaving mine with my beard trimmer some time soon. I'd post pics, but I'll be on the other side of the planet at the time.:)

I do it all the time, number one all over :) I'd do it without the guides or a razor but I've got a few bumps I keep slicing into when I do it like that! Go slow with the trimmers if your hair is long otherwise it'll be dragged into them rather than cut, which isn't nice and burns the hair. Once you've got it short though it's easy to maintain.

it will be fine. personally I'd savage most of your hair off with some scissors first to make it a bit easier.

we need before and after pics btw.

lol ill make sure to get some before and afters then if i do it :)
im still thinking about it now because i have had long hair for about 5 years and its going to be quite a change for me :p
