Summer time - Temp Increase?

Anyone getting temp increases with the GFX cards with the summer weather, my case when the door is on feels like an oven.

4890 OC'D = 50c idle with 33% fan speed.

I was getting 35c without this hot weather.

Whats yours ?

I've turned off my rig that's folding 24/7 during the day, performance is still fine but if I leave it on I come home from work and my living room is baking!
 
Yeah i have seen temps increase by about 10 degrees but not worried as only a mild oc on the cpu and gfx card is at stock but room sure feels toastier :).
 
i've got my gpu fans running @ 50% now and idleing @ 51deg up 5deg

Cpu idles @ 45deg (up 5deg) and HDD @ 35deg (up 10deg)

I took the side off my fortress last night when playing games and it helped get more air into the system. GPUs were @ 72deg after an hour of play on Arma 2 and cpu was @ 52deg
 
i caught my 4890 default clocks at 80c during hawx.

the back vent is burning hot its incredible the heat coming out and im scared my old gtx was cooler and less noisy 70c load on 100%.

currently sitting idle at 52c at 30% fan
 
My 8800GT with stock cooler is even more mental than usual very high temperatures on idle maybe closer to 70 but maybe it's 60 I can't remember first hand.

My other 8800GT with an accelero cooler and no fan right now is about 10c lower.

I hate that cooler though! It's very large and I need a longer SLI bridge so I can get it in the top PCI slot and get my sound card to fit again :p


Cpu is maybe 3-5c hotter than usual.

Mine IS the Central Heating. ;)


Roughly a 3C increase on CPU (i7) and about 5C on GPU (4870x2).


Ordered the Artic Cooling Accelero Extreme 4870x2 cooler from Germany, should arrive this week sometime, can't wait for the silence!
 
Anything from normal temps to around 5C increase in temp for my 4870X2.

I can't say I've noticed much difference with the cpu, maybe very slightly.
