Ooh looks great.

Will be keeping my eye out for this on PSN.

A bit off topic but does anyone know when Soldner-X is getting a Euro release on PSN?
I have it on PC but would prefer it on my PS3.

Hey,

Just tried the demo on Steam - it's really good! Was reading up on the game, and apparently it will be cheaper on PSN ($20) than on PC ($30 Steam, $40 retail). They are aiming for PSN release no later than July 9th.

Will be buying this I think!

Cheers,

Su

It does look really good, been following it for a while. However the lack of online coop (local coop only) disappointed me greatly.

An Xbox 360 version of the game, which will support online co-op (a feature not included in the initial PC or PSN releases), is also in the works.

Maybe they will patch the PC/PS3 versions later?

There was a post on their forums by one of the developers that basically said no online coop is planned. However, this is the world of computer games, it wouldn't be the first time someone changed their plans.

i've just played the demo and i'm very impressed.I'll probably get it for the PS3 as I just can't use a mouse and keyboard!

Bought it a few months ago, not worth £20 at all, perhaps £10 at most.

Collected 80-90% of the items and still finished it in 6-7 hours.

Would've annoyed me if it was any longer, same it's on Steam - can't even sell the damn thing.

Any news on the PSN price?

Wow, what a lovely game, kinda reminds me of a cross between Imogen and Abe's Odyssey, which it about as high praise as I can summon.
Only played it for a short while last night, but I'l definitely be fitting some playtime in tonight between MAG and Bomberman.

Wasn't sure it'd be worth it's £15.99 price, but it is, especially seeing as I bought some cheap PSN cards, which made it work out at about £12.50 :D

I played all the way through this with my mate throughout the last week. Gotta say it was a very enjoyable experience the whole way through. Level design is spot on with some great tricky puzzles that really show off the physics engine. It also provided many laughs as i was usually the wizard dude and it gave me great pleasure to always be trying to stitch my mate up, whether it was trying to cage him in with boxes or drawing planks above him just before he made a big jump, hilarious stuff :D

I will admit though, it's not something i would willing pay £15.99 for. It's not the longest game or the most difficult and i feel it should definately be in the sub £10 price bracket. I think £8.99 and it would be a must have PSN game.

Finally got round to playing the new level for this a few months ago today, and I now wished I hadn't.

Trine is one of my favourite games, so I jumped at the chance of some more content to play though, but this is just carp! They've basically taken a part of the final level from the game, changed the background, and charged me 79p for the privilege. Wish I could return it:(
