The guy that does them (youtube user name SuperVideoCompiler) is so quick in editing stuff. He'll use some random sound clips like normal, wait till they get annoyed, record their voices and play them back hehe. Some good ones on there, especially 'gay bar', 'dental plan', 'world of warcraft nerd 3', 'speed assault' and 'Nerd Confusion 3: The Ring'
