Going back to the thread - I should be able to play my games Thursday - Sunday so hopefully I can get the quarter and if I go through the semi out of the way too (very unlikely to reach the semis)...

Yeah CL, Fa Cup, League Cup, Eufa Cup etc.

Kinda too easy though. I dont mean the player AI - i mean how easy it is to turn your players into world class (90+). Most of my team are minimum 89+ rating.

i usually play 4-2-3-1
Given (91)

Marcelo (80), Kompany (93), Richards (96) Ramos (89)

2 DM of Essien (94) and Gerrard (96)

3 AM Ronaldhino (91), Van De Vaart (91), Robinho (93)

Aguero (92)

Subs - Podolski (89), Rossi (84), Schweinsteiger (89) and other Man city players etc.

With sponsors i get minimum profit 500k every match = at least £40 mill and easy to upgrade players and sell em off

Draw was done randomly.

Seeding I believe has been agreed for the next cup (which I think someone else has decided to do).

What about if for some reason you cant connect to the other player so you have to host both? Yesterday I had problems connecting to OldHTK so had to host our games - just wondering what would happen if the same occured in the Cup - I guess the second game was always be 'away' in that situation...

Yeah, you're right. Should this happen, I think whoever was the host for the first game and played Home would play in the second game knowing that they are the Away team. Hopefully everyone will be able to play everyone else completely fine and lag free though.
 
Good work guys! Setting a fine example! ;) Just remember, Two Legs - Home and Away and it is now Away Goal Rules.

The first two goals in the first game opitismised how bad FIFA is defensively with the AI, I had no chance after that.
My wife took over at 2-0 in the second leg, but I wasn't taking the pee, she is actually very good. (But like me on the 360)
She took over against Loki and scored 3 past him.

You played well though, you should win it with Miller and Naismith up front as all you need is pace on this game and your away!

Thanks for organising Whappers, good job, shame I can't play this game on the PS3, I just cannot get used to the PS3 pad, I'm awful on it! Shame as I like playing more of the game with you guys.

Confirmed.

Unlucky mate, it's always hard transitioning onto the ps3 pad once your used to the 360.. I think you were a bit isolated whilst attacking which went in my favour. If you ever want a friendly, just ask... you could always get one of those usb 360 pads! :p
