Fastest card without PCI-E power?

Hi been hunting around for a low power, but fast (and hopefully still cheap) GPU without needing any extra power. Think the best I've found is a 4670. Is there anything better than this?

4670 is the fastest currently, but you might find 4770's soon.

If i wanted to buy Nvidia whats the best option? - cos i think i saw a 9500gt with a power connector. Which seems a bit worrying as it really shouldnt need that much power.

9500GT doesnt require power, but make sure you get a DDR3 version, as they are much better than the standard DDR2 ones.

4670 will stomp all over a 9500, great budget card.

There's the Zotac 9800GT Eco. Core and shaders are downclocked slightly to 92% of a regular 9800GT but it doesn't need the extra power connector.
