You might have a bit of trouble with that I would think. The game is 4 years old.
If you need it today, I'd just go to your local high street retailers and check, it'd be down to luck if they have it.

Problem with 2nd hand is if the person wrote down the CD key, they might still have it installed. This will cause problems if they happen to be playing multiplayer at same time as you.
