Battlefield 1943 PS3 - Online stuff thread.

Updated everyone's tags into the original post. I doubt I will get to play this evening so will see you guys tomorrow.

I think once we get 16 players it would be great to do a private game, bit more comms and teamwork practice.

I should be able to host some stuff tomorrow evening if we get enough players.

Slightly less. Be broadband so 1.3mb upload.

I hate to go off topic, but how is the lag/ server setup with the PS3 atm? I am one of the great 360 unwashed and the server status is horrific. If you manage to join a server it's so laggy you may as well scratch ye nuts it'll take so long to work. Am still waiting for those sodding EU servers to come up

It's better on the PS3, but still not acceptable by my standards. I've spent the points i bought for this on Castle Crashers and won't be buying it on the PS3 for a while yet. It's good fun but the online support has been shocking imo.

Works fine for me, only had one game were it was affected by lag and that was only briefly. Always joins a game straight away as well. The Uk servers went online today I believe which helped

Not had 1 laggy game on PS3. Very quick joins and no noticeable lag

Yea hasn't been that laggy for me tbh. Seen a couple of planes with warp drive but nothing major.

Really like the game, want to play with other ppl with mics so atleast we can have a laugh when we are trying to work together

I will be on at 6pm for a while if anyone wants to squad up or, if we get enough, a private game?

Maybe about 7pm-8pm we could try a and get a OcUk game/server going?

Edit: Exactly 16 tags now but unlikely we will all be able to organise a time we are all available
