Secret of Monkey Island.. coming to XBLA

Monkey island is THE game that got me into games.

Think last time i played the secret of monkey island i completed it in very little time lol. It all just came flooding back, it was like i had a walk through in my head. LeChuck's Revenge is a different matter when on the harder setting.

I wants it now. :D
 
I am so excited about this game. Probably my fav game of all time. I hope it does well so plenty more can be made.

Gutted its not on PS3 but will get it for PC.
 
I really like the art style in this remake. They have managed to make it look pretty without completly changing it.

I think this is how old games should be made. I think a Sonic the Hedgehog 2d but with a good 1080p HD touch up would be far better than the tripe 3d games they keep making.

Games like Street fighter HD, bionic commander have shown that old games kept the same but with improved graphic word really well.

Such a shame its not going to be available for PS3..... Any reasons for this? Licence issues with Playstation Store or something?

Can't justify getting an Xbox for this, and I rather not play games on PC anymore, gotten used to that lovely 42" plasma gaming.. lol Oh well.
 
I remember playing day of the tentacle on a 286 PC that I built from bits that I picked up from a radio rally. Excellent game !

Played Monkey Island on my amiga, cant wait to get the updated version :D
