I just got rid of my iPod, feels good to be apple free.

Ive currently got a Samsung P3 (32GB) on order, anyone have any experience with it ? or the P2 ?

What mp3 players are you currently using ?

Cheers =]

I'm using a 8GB (With 16gb card) Creative Zen X-Fi at the moment after impulse buying it at £50. I wish I'd got a Sansa Fuze instead, the SD Card implementation on the creative is shocking.

However, having said that it's a nice looking player, the OS is top quality and the sound isn't too bad either (the x-fi stuff is crap though)

Waiting for a true high capicity player to come along still to replce my Vision M...

I fear we'll be in for a long wait before we see anything that can match the vision:m. It is an awesome player, was messing around with mine last night it still has seasons 2 &3 of red dwarf on it lol.

I use the iRiver Clix 2 for audio playback. All iRivers have top notch audio quality. Only 8gb of storage though.

I was tempted by the iRiver Spinn but the 8GB just isnt enough, I dont like juggling my music around.

Im lookin forward to gettin my hands on the P3 tho :D

I use a Zune 80 and my wife uses a cute little pink Zune 8GB. Love them, love the software and can't wait for the Zune marketplace to open in Europe later this year.

Free updates, great battery life, really great software; really can't complain.

I could get a Zune 30GB, possibly 80GB at a push. Ive not heard much about them though. They look solid.
Whats the features (in particular the track swapping) like ?

Im using a Zune 30GB (1st Gen).

Brilliant mp3 player but battery only lasts me 2 days at a stretch (thats probably about 6 hours use)

I also have the Zune 80 and love it, the sound quality is excellent.

Hmm, I am tempted by the Zune. although a touchscreen would be nice and imo the samsung is a nicer design that 80GB is much more use to me.
Only costs £25 more too, tho it is in red.

Whats the software + interface like ?

PS, Big Kev, you dont happen to be an archer do you ?

I'm not an archer mate.

I don't have any problem with the software and actually think the Zune is the best designed 80GB+ player out there.

I picked up a 4GB Zune (2nd gen) in Canada last Christmas for under £30 and I absolutely love it. Will definitely be picking up a Zune HD when they're released.

ha ha, thought it was a long shot but I knew a guy called big Kev who used to come from down south to our larger tournaments, pretty sure he supported Aresenal - havent seen him in a fair while tho.

Alright cheers, ill take a look at some reviews and see what I think :)

any idea when that might be ?

Are MS planning to actually release it here ? Ive heard it rumoured . . .
I doubt the HD will be in my budget tho, its a toss up between the zune 80gb and the Samsung P3.

It's very doubtful they will, best to get it imported if you want the Zune HD.

Yeah thats what I thought.
ive read around and there are pros+cons to it, I think I would still prefer the P3 tho that 80GB is tempting =]
