A few things that can be helpful for arranging games (or at least plannable so you're not just waiting around a lot):
On Tuesday morning, contact your opponent via Trust and a post on here.
As much as possible, try to include every single day and time you're going to be free for the entire week.
Both get each other on MSN/gtalk/whatever.
If you need to cancel the time you arranged to meet, try to let your opponent know at least 24 hours before.
Keep in touch via friendly emails in the leadup to the game. At least that way if something comes up and you can't make it without any warning, your opponent knows that you did your best to keep to the arrangements.
The above might sound a bit obvious or a bit OTT but stuff like that really does help keep things running smoothly

Meh, think I might have to pull out of the league
I've gotta go away tonight again with work and won't be back until next friday, so that means this'll be the second game I've missed.
If its any consolation when I'm back on Friday I'll be off work for a week
So would have no problems getting games done then.
But, if people feel I'm messing them around to much then I'll drop out.

If you're back on Friday you'll still be able to play your game. I don't see it as messing people around when you give advance notice of when you'll be away anyway.
Some more people should be joining in September by the looks of it. We just need to keep the league bubbling away in the background and it'll slowly grow with more regular players here on the forums to have games with. It's only an hour or two a week anyway

The deadline for the current week is 11pm tonight so I'd imagine that we can start arranging the next games from Tuesday onwards

Looks like you get to beat my orcs up a bit this week. I can probably do Sat/Sun some time or Friday morning. Friday afternoon I shall be very, very drunk.

How can I have drawn one when i've only played a single game, does it auto-draw after the time limit passes?
