Do you shake hands at work?

Just wondering if any of you shake hands with everyone at work?

We shake hands every morning and shake hands with everyone when we leave. It felt weird at first but it makes everyone at work feel like friends and family. Let's be honest these are the people we spend more time with than our real family!

lol

anyway so do you shake hands or not?

You're all one step away from rubbing penis's tbh

This could become a big thread!!! This place is a good working environment then lol we've got a PS3 and a 360 that's a laugh sometimes.

I work weekends in a kitchinwear shop who's main staff is middle aged ladies, "Hello" suffices.

Honey catches more flies than vinegar. :)

These are people we spend 40 hours a week with. I'm not condoning homosexuality but you might as well attempt to get on with these people.

Does seem a bit odd... However, I normally shake hands with friends that I have not seen in a while... Every day with work colleagues is a bit odd... Is it a company policy or something?...

We tend to only shake hands when you are meeting unknown people at meetings. I have worked with people though who would greet their "friends" every morning by shaking hands.

the nurse in charge of the shift always goes around and says thanks for your hard work today at the end of their shift. it sometimes feels fake, but when you get it and its sincere its quite nice really.

We start the day with Good Morning Mrs Stretton, Good Morning Everyone.

Afternoon: Good Afternoon Mrs Stretton, Good Afternoon Everyone.

The children always seem to sing it as well!
( I'm a TA in a local school)

I would see doing that every morning and evening very fake, i shook hands with everyone when i first started and when i first meet them.

It'd make me feel pressured if i had to do that everyday for everyone in our office... :p
