I'd say A. But i'm sure i'd think differently if it actually happened.

EDIT 2: OK he's 5' 4 now. 4' 3 is a bit too small.

Doesn't really matter how big he is, if he's got a knife. You could argue he might be more likely to strike somewhere not-very-nice if he's small. And he might be fast.
