This is clear BBC propaganda, the lizard people are planning an invasion of West Africa and don't want us to know so they have cut them off completely.

I haven't read the article and I don't have any supporting evidence but I'm right.
 
I'd hate to think what kind of backlog of emails are sat on servers right now just waiting to be released....

Still less junk is always good :D

Tell you what then - Send me £1500, and as soon as my cousin in Nigeria is back on line, we can sort out me paying you back with the huge windfall that is being held in escrow for him as he's just found out he is a member of the Nigerian Royal Family...
 
Probably some idiot has dug it up to sell for scrap value. Unfortunately, its not completely destroyed, so spam will get through, just lots slower.
