A MUM who has had 13 children is pregnant with her 14th - even though ALL her kids have been taken into care.

Last night brazen baby machine Theresa Winters, 36, vowed to carry on having children until social workers let her and jobless partner Toney Housden, 36, keep ONE.

Defiant Theresa, who lives on benefits in Luton, Beds, declared: "We're not giving up. For every child they take away from me, I'm going to have another one."

This attitude is one of the many, many reasons that they should not be allowed to have kids.

I would guess a large majority of them are the same, sitting at home living off benefits popping out kids all day and complaining that life isn't fair. If not sympathise, then certainly empathise.

They put so many pictures in the Sun because none of the ******* can read, though for the state of her they should have gave the pictures a miss this time.

In all seriousness people like this should just be stopped having kids, its disgusting that we are probably paying for them to live on benefits and now paying for their kids to grow up through our taxes (sure foster parents get government subsidies to lesser or greater extents depending on circumstances) damn disgrace!

It says in the article that one of the kids is in foster care, which has cost £2.3 million of taxpayers money so far.

He is 14 has Cerebral Palsy according to the article, which would account for the cost.
