What do you use your optical bays for?

I ask because just about every atx case I look at has at least four of these.

Personally, I have one optical drive, and the other three are empty. Eventually I'll put a kama bay over them, currently they're just holes letting air in

Letting air in is a good thing...

I'll have one or two, it's useful for burning discs but i don't do that very often. Other than that, reservoirs or sound absorbent blocks.

I just have the one BR drive and I have a fan controller/card reader thing. As its an Antec 900 the blankers are vent like so probably does a little bit for airflow.

I used to run 2 optical drives, one rom and a dvdrw, switched to the single dvdrw, which i subsequently replaced with a blu ray/dvdrw combo drive, kama bay with a 2000 rpm intake fan in the other three bays, second s939 rig has 2 opticals and two vantec vortex hdd enclosures housing 2 36gb raptors in raid0.

I have a single DVD-RW drive up the top, and both my hdd's supported by 4mm bungee cord, making them almost completely silent.

One DVD drive and NZXT Sentry LX (2 slots), before the LX i had it open with 2x 80mm fans sucking in air. Now i have a fan behind the Sentry to help airflow.

Main PC. 1 optical dive (I have 9 bays - Lian Li PC-a17) 3 have a fan behind with 1 hard drive.
My server also has 9 bays. (The case is a Thermaltake VI1000BWS)

Top: Optical drive
Then a 5-in-3 bay for hard drives
Then a 3-in-2 bay for hard drives
Then another 5-in-3.

In fact, Ill take a picture . . . .
