I bet the graffiti "artist" does all the things their "art" mentions, and I bet s/he thinks that they're a free thinker and everyone else are sheep.

They could have been a bit neater too.

Not at all, if it is insinuating that people are not free it is in fact wrong, people are free not to do any of those things if they wish.

It's just a form of expression. Whether they practice it or not is irrelevant (kind of hard to avoid most of those things actually).

Obviously people don't have to do those things, its just saying they shouldn't feel they have to. At least, that's how I read it, 'it' being subjective and all.
