Amd Phenom 2 955 be Cooler

About to order a set of components for a new machine but unsure which cooler to go for looking for quiet and performance. May want to oc at some point. Suggestions please.

Thanks, i'm probably eing thick does the fan attach to the cooler or is it sufficient that there is a case fan close ? The case wil be an Antex P183 that has exhaust fans above and behinf the cpu location.
