...from UK Online LLU. Not bad so far! Web browsing feels "snappier" for some weird reason too, very much so actually. Anyway, I'm happy :) The following stats are taken after almost a day, and an awful lot of GB of throughput ;)

That's on fastpath btw. Yay for Be Pro :D

Use the member centre and switch to a 3db profile, theres some more to be extracted from your line yet :p

Be have set me to fastpath and 3dB, it keeps creeping back up though for some reason. I'm not that keen on the 575v7 - I'm going to dig out my DG today I think. :)

The router should actually say one way or the other. Guessing based on a number of FEC errors, especially given the error counters on the O2/Be Boxes are often wrong (and if we want to play this game, by plenty "personal experience" too...), is by no means conclusive.

If it was any other router, I'd normally agree though - FEC errors should only appear with interleaving enabled because you can only have Forward Error Correction if it's enabled :p

Copy the routers stats into this, although it doesn't seem too happy with your line :S Actually i copied the stats from the top there:

I just carried out the above stats checker with today's readings (having been up a while now). Although it confirms fastpath, it sounds like something's wrong somewhere :\

By the way, I never had anywhere NEAR those errors with UK Online LLU. I was also on fastpath with a 3dB profile with them, and my line was solid. Time to ask Be I think.

Either pop into the Be* forun or the IRC @ irc.beusergroup.co.uk #Be*, there are many helpful bods and staffers.

/me waits for the OcUKers to tear his stats checker apart...

Wish they would change their god awful website back to the way it was tho.

LOL agreed, it just looks too busy now...i liked the clean look of their last website...to me it looks like they got a bunch of kids in and let them loose:(

Good to see you on here too (assuming you are the same from the forums. I find your stats checker to be good ;)

I don't mind the CRC errors tbh as long as the down speed is good.

I lurk in a few forums but don't post in many ;)

The CRC errors are getting quite high on that line, but without the protection of interleaving you will get them. If you game I would watch for lag spikes where data has to be retransmitted, but for general interneting and D/Ling it should be fine.

Funnily enough, I havent noticed many lag spikes, been playing on a few game servers L4D, TF2, Aion etc which are located in different places and no complaints so far :)
