Most gamers fat and miserable

Survey says American gamers are fat. Well i never. As for the depression, the gaming doesn't cause the depression. But people suffering are oftern draw towards playing games to occupy them selves instead of going out with people they may not even like any more.

Id like to see a survey of european gamers, i suspect tehy would mainly be skinny tbh.

All of my mates are gamers, and only one of them I'd consider to be "fat".

Do gamers have stronger thumbs than non-gamers?

I don't actually know many fat gamers if i'm honest.
They all seem to be skinny, pale and wishing they were asian in my group of freinds.

I'm 36 chubby but not at all depressed. Just started to go running and play 5 aside footie because I really hate being a fatty and it means I can't enjoy laughing at fatties at the moment.

I was thinking the same thing.

I can certainly vouch that the less time I have spent playing games, the healthier and happier I have become. Either way, less gaming is beneficial in my book - you can spend your time doing something else more productive.

It's all about balance at the end of the day, you can enjoy being a gamer, hell I do and I am in no way out of shape or fat due to the simple fact that I actually take part in activities such as football, running etc

If all you do is play videogames then sure....

Not so much on the west coast...east and south you get enormous people.

In fact from what I've seen the British are a heck of a lot fatter, especially the girls, most are quite chubby here....probs from all the binge drinking or something.
