How much is COD: WAW on steam now ?? how much was it going for in the sale ?

See it for £30 around the web.

Given the problems COD 4 gave me when installing i think i would buy over steam and use works internet to download.

How would COD: WAW run on a 9600GT 1Gb (laptop), COD 4 runs well, will there be much difference ?

Not hardcore atm, don't like hardcore mode personally, easier for sprayers to get kills (and don't give me the realism arguement).

If people join the server and the majority of them want it however, then sure. I'll enable it.

I think you need to check your map rotation in the config, joined earlier and the server is "stuck" at the end of the "station" map. Explains why server has been empty all night.
