You can download the playlist so that you can still use it in areas with little or no signal. It will alos stream over either Wifi or 3G

The new Facebook App is out. I never got prompted for a download but went to the store and downloaded Facebook again and it is the new one. It's different and will take a little bit of getting used to.

Even the "like" and "comment" part is nice although the alerts at the bottom of the screen showed today but had and error when I went to look at them

It's a web app. Go to the page in Safari, hit the Plus sign and hit Add to Homepage.

its a web app, just goto iplayer in safari and click +, add to homescreen and you'll have iplayer as an 'app'
