Serious answer, local council refuse site will have somewhere to dispose of old motor oil. Took some down myself the other day.

Despite being the hippy capital of Gloucestershire we don't have wheely bins. Not only can be put out as many black bags as we want. But the bin men leave a single black bag on every doorstep as they do their rounds.

EDIT: I'm almost inclined to ring up the lettings agents and ask them to remove it, that should make their day. Not because I don't know how to get rid of it, I just don't like them much.
