This game is so frustrating, won a load last night and have now lost 3 on the trot. First one we had a person die twice before creeps spawned and then was still running round at level 1 when everyone else was 7-8. Second game i thought i was in for some luck as they had someone dc but then 2 of our team did and the 3rd we actually got beat properly, they had hammered our base hardly anything left and still wouldnt concede so i rage quit

Yeah it's frustrating! I seem to get someone that likes to feed or someone that's new to HoN in my team every time... my rating is just under 1300 now.

I know that rating doesn't really mean anything (I think their K/D/A means more) but it's getting annoying when I get kicked because my rating is low!

It is a major factor in how much I enjoy one of the games. It's the fact that 1 guy can ruin it for the other 4 on his team that upsets me the most.

Either he is a newb, which is forgiveable, and generally responds well to a bit of advice, but then you get those guys who just won't listen and just feed the other team repeatedly

Also when 1 guy decides they should just stomp you when somebody disconnects during pregame. Why do we need 9 votes ffs? Surely the 4 from the team without the player should be enough?

I don't get the point of kicking in this game, your just 1 down. You mayaswell concede as your chances of winning are pretty slim.

Lag and no response from server messages are so anoying. I finally found a hero i can play! Hammerstorm!

Because my leaver percentage is high i can only join a select few games, sucks :/ . (it's high cus i used to create servers just for me, so i could practice using a hero and then just left the server unknowing of the consequences

)

Just got battered by a team of 4 str + moon queen. How can you counter it? They were all over us and we could barely dent them.

I had a game with 4 str heroes last night too. You're right; so hard to counter them. We were mainly ranged heroes too so would have thought we'd own them!

I'm really liking magmus atm. You can get an item called portal key which blinks you a short distance. If you use his ult then queue up the portal key (using shift) you can absolutely destroy groups of heroes.

more chance of winning with 4 then with a complete feeder though

If someone is feeding bad then their lane will become completely unmanageable mid-game. It is better to kick that person for two reasons:

Slows progression of enemy heroes without feeding kills.
Increases progression of the hero partnered in that lane by no longer sharing the XP.

Yeh every game I've played where somebody left, we've lost. Even getting their items (50% gold value

) after 5 minutes is really no consolation for losing a player, since usually 1 person ninjas all the loot anyway.

Looks like they changed the amount for leave %, i was fine last night and played 2 games to the end and now am red.

Demented shammy is my new favourite, can really turn a game and his heal is uber when it heals loads of creeps and insta gibs whole waves. Does very nice damage on heroes too.
