I'm sure you think I'm some recent immigrant into Britain or something but I really hate to disappoint you. Apart from some freckles (maybe there is some Celtic in me?) I'm your average looking white Brit. As far as I know back all of my family are, along with my partner's family although there is some Irish and Welsh on their side.

Would you be happy for Islam to replace our culture with its own?

I wouldn't be happy for any culture to come to dominate our varied and inclusive cultural history. However, the chance of one culture replacing ours is slim to none, especially when that culture is massively in the minority.

meh, wouldn't really bother if Islam replaced Christianity as the major religion of the country.


All of the extreme religious laws wouldn't get through due to major religious apathy in most people and no political party would be able to force through (nor uphold) the massively unpopular laws (ie banning alcohol).


life wouldn't really change unless Islam has the magical ability to change the largely lazy and apathetic populous into one polished, motivated and unified machine.

England is a multicultural country, and it has been for a very long time, we have been invaded, and have invaded many other countries, so over time we have adopted a lot of different cultures ect ect ect.

The labour force survey (which is the one that showed the 'massive growth rate' shows that the growth rate of Islam is not higher than all other groups combined, only the highest of individual groups. So in other words, Islam will never overtake the combined other groups, which is what it would need to do in order to get the majority to even consider forcing a muslim society onto the country.
