Well now im only gonna have one (maby with a tia maria in it just for the vanillia milkshake taste lol) next time i go out since its the only thing thats changed in my life. Im putting on about a pound a week and my belly is getting bigger. I exercise properly every day diffrent muscles and give a days rest every time i run (so i run on alternate days mostly tue thur sat and sometimes sunday evening)but yet im still getting a guinness belly :F. can someone reccomend me some drinks that are better for you.
