Q: Knowledge.. is it a skill?

I was asked this Q by my teacher in class.. 'customer service skills' unit in BTEC Travel and Tourism.

So bibalasvegas, you're saying the Q is worded wrong?

'skill' really needs to be defined. As the question stands Fossil, it doesn't really make a great deal of sense unless you wanted to play on semantic ambiguity.

A skill refers to an ability or aptitude. Since knowledge is effectively an object (if a somewhat metaphysical one), it can't BE a skill.
