Should I? I had it once, didn't mind it... but was put off by the terrible engine being so slow on the 360....

Have any patches been released making this playable? And also, how does it look in 1080p?

The resolution isnt the best but the game still looks amazing imo.

It really captures how New York looks and feels.

I dont think its slow at all, in fact I have never had any frame rate problems, ever.

the game played perfectly fine on my 360? more scare mongering by a select few that feel a game should be at 90 fps at all times....

Hmmm, probably just me as when I got it I was still PC gaming and just bought a 360 (not my current one) so guess I assumed it would be 90fps constant lol.

I will pick it up tonight and have a bash on it :D

Yeah I agree. It's a great game so dont let the odd glitch or bug but you off.

I've never had any issues with it on the 360. I still think it's one of the best games on the 360, solid story line and nice graphics. It's a must play IMO.

This is what I don't get. I had no problems with the game's speed on my 360's, it was smooth as hell unless I began going mad on explosions. Popped over to my mates house to check his version out, also on the 360 and it was all over the place. It was really jerky on the third island. I had no explanation for it.

I love it on the 360... dont think the frame rate is too bad unless online.

The only thing that annoyes me a bit is when objects dont appear till you have crashed into them... :(

Pretty obvious slow-down when a lot is on screen, fairly bad pop-in when moving fast but it's deffo playable.

edit: that's not sarcasm, isn't too bad though I'd probably go with PC if you have the spec.

I was the same as you, i tried it 360 and PS3 but could not get into it! However I have recently picked it up on the 360 again and I am enjoying playing it a lot more this time round.
