Father Accused of Raping Newborn Daughter

Reginald Davis is accused of attacking and sexually assaulting his 8 day old daughter. When the infant arrived at the hospital, she showed signs of sexual abuse and had a skull fracture.

The incident occurred in Forrest City, Arkansas, when Davis was visiting his daughter's 15 year old mother. Davis has been charged with Rape and Second-Degree Battery and is being held on a $100,000 bond.

Police say the case is still under investigation. It is unknown as to whether Davis had a juvenile criminal record since the information is protected under Arkansas state law but Davis did not have a criminal record after turning 18.

Let justice take it's course... not prejudice... but I have to say I wouldn't be surprised if he is guilty.

If true then it's absolutely disgusting.

No punishment in the world would be strong enough but death by cheese grater would be a good finishing point at least.

I just mean in cases like this torturing the **** would be a better alternative to death, peel his face off or something and let him live out his days branded for everyone to see, for what he is, and in constant agony, for the most part, prison is fine, death penalty for some, but a few extreme cases, deserve much worse

I agree, but at the same time society is getting pretty tired of people getting time off a sentence for good behaviour and being rehabilitated for crimes like this.

Doing something this awful should get you locked away until your brought out in a coffin, no attempts at rehabilitation and no early release.

Me, I totally agree some people just don't deserve death or prison and should be something much worse for them.

There would be little to no point in peeling his face off. Either bang him up or give him the needle. Keeping him around devoid of a face would serve no benefit to anyone, plus it would scare the kids.

The only problem of locking them up for the whole of their lives means we have to fund keeping them alive with food and water, the guards etc etc.
