My 620HX blew last night whats the general response time etc for there RMA service.

Have to say my hiper lasted a longer than this corsair.

My 520hx went a few months back, customer service was good, fast responses and got a nice shiny new one including everything that comes in the box

Only downside was the nearest RMA place for us in the UK is the Netherlands, costs about £12 postage if i remember correctly

Yeah, when my Bro's 620 went it cost £13 odd to send it to the RMA place via parcel to go. From contacting Corsair to getting a shiny new unit through the door took about 6 days, and that was over a weekend too.

If it's under a year old, submit and RMA with the retailer, that's what I did when my HX620 blew.

I RMA'ed some Corsair memory, they received it on 17/09/09, still waiting for replacement.

I used parcel2go to send my package and they have not provided a good service at all I organised the pick up to happen monday which they didnt do and didnt tell me so i rang and i had to print another label and get it scheduled the next day so picked up and its a 48 hour service its been 3 days since being sent and they have nothing to say.

Corsair rma took about 4 days to get all the info and delivery address which i suppose i can understand.
