I've just been skimming the posts on IW forums, my god the posts hurt my eyes one guy said "What's a decitated server?". I shouldn't read me anymore but it's quite funny. :p
 
Even though I probably won't be bothering with the multiplayer side of things, it does seriously concern me that this is the direction they're trying to push PC gaming in. Do they not feel any sense of loyalty at all towards PC gamers? Have they forgotten that it's because of us that their franchise actually got off the ground in the first place? I guess they can't see too well past the $ signs in their eyes.
 
whats sickens me is IW built up a huge following of pc gamers who thought they were the good guys, a good developer for the pc, they came from mohaa (pc) cod1, we lapped that up, allowed them to move on to multiplatform cod2 and 4, IW know about pc gaming yet they ram a load of console muck at us, why would they think the pc community need such a dramatic change?

IW have let their followers down.

Bring on a cod killer, the pc fps community needs something new
 
New maps
New weapons
New attachments
New Perks
Upgraded engine
New game types

Big one for me is simply the maps. There are a lot of custom maps out there but very very few are even remotely as good as the stock maps.
 
also because there is basically nothing at all to play at minute on pc fps multiplayer wise unless you like playing cod 4 for another yr and hope treyarch get it right next yr.

really hope theres some official response today !

I feel like i have been married to an invilid, done all the hard work and cared for them. Only to find out they have been miraculously cured and run off with the next door neighbour. Let down is an understatement. :(

Should be shot as traitors to the motherland tbh. :o
 
Theres a movement growing from the Bash and Slash guys, currently have an irc room setup on GameSurge #savecod , plans to create a site etc, might be worth joining if you want to get some answers/ded servers from IW.
