I'm not sure what they mean by that. In fact I think the DC2 chassis is basically an EG6 (old Civic) chassis. EK9 has better LCA's etc.

Around a track I bet there wouldn't be more than a second difference.

The EK9 you've shown is overpriced too, my 2000 (W) isn't worth that.

I don't mean it in a bad way. They say it's more fun to drive, just not as stable at the higher speeds as the Teg.
 
All these are UKDM TPFT as JDM is thousands more for 10 whole BHP so, binned that idea.

Flux with Enzime (sp) £1554 with £400 Excess
APlan - no help
Chris Knott - too young
Noel Dazley - waiting for them to call me back
Sky - £1241 with £450 excess

That was without mods on the Sky policy but with he ran hypothetical quote with Spoon exhaust some coilovers and some F/B antirollbars and offered to match the quote, so gives me some leeway with a purchase.
The company I got £600 odd from last time was through Swinton, then Call Connections and I tried them again today but they're no long on the list that popped up. :confused: :(

The only reason the JDM car has more BHP is because of the manifold, change that on a UK car and you will have the same power.

I got insured at 21 on my UKDM for £750 fully comp with Admiral, only 1 years NCB too.
 
Admiral/Bell group wont touch me in this area. That's a point I added a custom 4-2-1 manifold to that Sky quote, so yeah that'd be true.

I just logged onto E-Car who I have my 106 with and they quoted another £900 on top of the current £500 policy, still with £100 excess. Unsure whether to stay with ecar or move to Sky, I'm waiting on ecar how much cancling is gonna cost me. edit* £50 to cancel my policy with them. Hummmm

**** there's a floor in my plan. I can't get a day policy for Teg's using the first page of reults on Google are there day insure specialists? :p
