McDonalds

The Spicy Veggie Deli is the nicest thing they have imo. Get that next time.

idiot...

big business funds party politicians.

Well, I work in one, I can honestly say we keep the place spotless, at least in the kitchen. Customers make more of a mess then the co-workers do.

Im confident I know more than the basics as well, and having one every so often has no negative effects what so ever, as for body building food its not great but its not too bad if you havn't eaten your target calories.

If you read the labels the nutrition (although not great quality) is still pretty high, minus the salt that is.

Edit - and for all the people worrying about the fat, there are high fat diets that are used to lose weight, its actually the carbs that need to be watched.

From time to time of course it's not going to do you any harm, my question is, why the heck would you want to eat it in the first place! And targetting/counting solely calories is such a bad ethos for bodybuilding.

What does your diet broadly contain FF?

Lots of fruits and lots of veg (a selection, but mainly green veggies), mainly fish and chicken, but I treat myself with red meats once a week. I eat very little if any simple carbs, I don't eat crisps or chocolates, I drink lots of water and no fizzy drinks. It's generally very balanced, I just don't eat crap. :)

Everytime I eat a McDonald's my ass feels like it's on fire and my poo comes out like water, my bumhole feels all tingly and I have to have a shower to clean it.

I don't eat them much.

oh and it makes my skin crawl, I immediately have to run to the McDonald's tiolet to wash my hands. My skin around my stomach tingles, then later my post above happens.

Maybe I have something seriously wrong with my insides?

My mum's just bought me some chips and two chicken mayo burgers from there as i'm ill.

Chicken noodle soup I'd say was pretty standard in this situation

two chicken burgers and chips from McDonalds - what sort of mum does that??????

Are you a fat person?

(nothing against McDonalds - though the only time I've eaten the stuff was when hungover/drunk at uni - not exactly the sort of stuff you expect mums to be buying unless the standard alternative for said mum is say ready meals from iceland)

If people want hygenic healthy food, cook it yourself its not hard to do. I like McDonald's, KFC and Burger King, I like to treat myself every now and agian with junk. Junk tastes go and if it tastes good there is a good change that it good for you, just don't eat it every day of the week.

Do you realise the mayo chicken is a small 99p chicken burger?

I'm not that familiar with it tbh....

The last thing I had from there was a McGangbang - you buy a double cheeseburger, split it in half and insert a McChicken Sandwich :D

my point is I can understand this generation abusing themselves occasionally by drinking too much or getting fast food on occasions (I've probably had McDonalds 2-3 times in the past year) - it was more someone's mum buying it for them - I do unhealthy stuff on occasions fast food/binge drinking etc.. however if my mum got me a McDonalds or say a few cans of stella etc.. then I'd lose a fair bit of respect for her.
