I will probably start a game of Insanity Versus in about an hour...

Been having weird problems with L4d recently

Installed it on win7 pc, but every time I get into a versus game it lasts under a minute before I lose connection. The weird thing is, it seems to take out my entire net with it for a minute or two, I have to ctrl-alt-delete out and just wait for my pc to regain connectivity.

Getting really annoying Going to try a reinstall, but not sure if that will help things.

Instead of sitting around waiting for games to happen, do it the Dingle way: Start a lobby and keep spamming everyone 'till they join.

This. Otherwise you could end up waiting all night for L4D to happen.

no the dingle way is to set up a lobby invite people then DC 20 times and loose your place before the game has even started!

I think the Steam update the other day fixed that! \o/

my DCs are a trademark. like an old car that splutters and the doors fall off. i got character! (I sincerely hope i don[t get the same issues in numero dos)

Well you know what they do with cars that splutter and the doors fall off don't you? They are taken to the impound and crushed where they join the big parking lot in the sky - so consider yourself suitably retired.

Both versions of Insanity Versus have been updated.

Insanity Versus Updated:

General:
-Multiple Tanks should spawn now for both teams in the finale

Survivors:
-Fire damage increased slightly

Infected:
-Finale Tanks health decreased (from 4000 to 3500)
-Tank Speed slightly increased (standard 210, now 220)
-Boomer Claw does more damage (6 instead of 4)
-Autospawn restored in finale (Plugin caused numerous issues, if these are fixed I shall bring it back at some point)

Insanity Versus 8v8 Updated:

General:
-Multiple Tanks should spawn now for both teams

Infected:
-Boomer Claw now does more damage
-Smoker Claw now does more damage
-Smoker Hit delay slightly increased
-Smokers can now let go of smokered victims
-Smoker cloud doesn't last as long and now shakes the screen, instead of showing the smoker cloud damage message
-Tanks have less health
-Tanks run faster
-Pipe bombs do more damage to Tanks
