My Pace has had a few bouts of picture breakup of late. Picture will pixelate and display artifacts for about 2-3 seconds, then its ok again. Don't know if was a reception issue but it has done the same thing on different days when the weather was fine.
Was supposed to get it installed last Wednesday but got a call at midday saying they couldn't do it. So, had a day off work for nothing. Got it re-booked for Tuesday now so fingers crossed they'll make it then.
When they install, do they change the dish at all? Was away this weekend and got back yesterday to find no signal being received. Checked all the cables and all fine. Looked outside at my dish and the LNB has dropped off. However, looks to me like it's been knocked off and the window cleaner was around on Friday afternoon when we were out. He has to climb over the back gate to do the windows as it's locked and I reckon he's hit it with his ladder but I've got no proof. Is it worth me ringing them and telling them about the dish before they come? Don't want the engineer to get here and have no dish/LNB to fit!

Ive opted in and out of HD a few times, never been tied into 12 monthers on the basis that i own my equipment..
Well I now own my own equipment so how do I opt in/out?
I called Sky CS again and they say I have to sign for 12 months?
