L4D2 Demo Pre-Load now available!

ohhh well i think i have lost interest in this realease now i have killing floor but would still like to know how good the demo is

EDIT: just thought... so if you can preload this can you run it direct from the steam dir because i could with killing floor the only difference was that i couldn't go online untill it was unlocked

Pre-loaded and anxiously waiting to play the demo.

Really impressed by Steams DL speeds. It always maxes out my 10mb connection. When i usually get game demos etc from other sites i get crappy speeds.

would have forgotten about it, if I hadn't seen this earlier. Pre-loaded, thought I was going to miss the start, seems they've changed the unlock time (quite a few times judging from L4D2 forums)

So let me get this straight, in order to play the demo to see if i like the game or not, i have have to pre-order/buy it.
Defeats the purpose of a demo.

No in order to play the demo early you preorder..... do people make no effort to read / search for information before posting.

I think its in order to play the demo before everyone else. The demo will be available to other later?
