Yas Marina Circuit - Abu Dhabi Prix 2009 - Race 17/17

IIRC he only owns a minority stake in CVC though (the exact stake is not known).

Thats true , thank you for correcting me

Did he sell a large portion to CVC at some point, I guess he must have as vast majority of his fortune is from the ownership of FOM from what I understand?

Trulli and Sutil are continuing their argument about the accident Trulli caused - this time during the Thursday press conference.

My favourite quote of the whole thing came from Sutil:

No, no. Watch the race in Barcelona. I didn't hit you, you hit me.
I don't know what's the problem, but maybe your eyes are a problem.

:D

Heh, I like Alonso's interjection:

FA: (to KR) Shall we go?

:D

Was pretty obvious that an argument would erupt putting Trulli and Sutil in the same press conference. Guess TPTB figured proceedings needed livening up.

Practice times have been updated. Looks like I get to have a lie in :)

Looks like Trulli and Sutil are taking their arguement to Abu Dhabi....

After fiercely arguing trackside at Interlagos and then in the stewards' room, hostilities resumed between Jarno Trulli and Adrian Sutil in the FIA press conference on Thursday.

The start of the Brazilian Grand Prix saw Mark Webber move over and block Kimi Raikkonen forcing the chasing Sutil to back off. Looking to take advantage, Trulli tried to pass the Force India driver around the outside at turn five, resulting in the two drivers colliding and then a heated trackside debate.

Two weeks later in Abu Dhabi, Trulli and Sutil are still at odds, with neither willing to accept responsibility for the incident that also resulted in the retirement of Fernando Alonso.

"I've got all the evidence to show I was there and was next to him, and tomorrow we are going to discuss it," said Trulli, as he waved about photos of the incident and referred to the regular pre-race drivers' briefing.

Sutil reiterated that he did not feel at fault for the crash. "It's not my problem,” he said. “It's his problem. I don't know why he's freaking out like that to be honest.”

Trulli hit back: "I don't know if you're blind, but I can clearly show you my front wing is next to your front wing."

The tit-for-tat exchange continued, with Sutil quipping: "I don't know how long you need to learn this…"

Sweet, I can watch some tomorrow before my lectures.

Tbh I think everyone in the world but Jarno Trulli knows it's his fault. He tried to pass where there was no room, and Sutil (unknowingly to JT) had already been compromised by a car in front, but held his line, resulting in the incident. Shame Jarno is taking it so badly. His wine's really nice though, anybody else tried some?
