I really want to get a couple of those in crossfire to see what they can do, but on the other hand I'm also rather fond of not being broke. :-/
 
I expected the 2gb version to cost around this much.

200mhz memory increase
20mhz core increase
Vapor-X cooler

any idea when the 2gb version will be out?
 
Allocation of this product is very tight there is only a few available globaly. We have done well with stock i can not say any mroe than that I am a afraid.
 
You can't say how many you have? Weird.

Saying there is only a few globally might mean that ocuk getting two was a result!
 
Eught, I really want one of these and I literaly just got payed...but £380 is a hell of a lot of money.

Then do the sensible thing and do nothing.

Personally I think the stand 5870s are overpriced. I was expecting these to be about £360-380 though, but I think these are grossly overpriced even more so.

And before some one accuses me of bashing OcUK's prices, I'm not, I'm well aware that these cards are simply more expensive than the already expensive 5870s.
 
Thats a big premium just for a fancy cooler, I would order now if it was around £340 ;)
 
Yeah, think I will pass on this.

£380 is just too much for me to spend on a graphics card, especialy when my 4890 is still doing well.

Common sense prevails! :p

Plus, at £380, you'd do much better to go just that bit further and buy 2 5850s for £400.
