voltages on auto

ive got this asus p5q3 board when overclocking voltages are on auto im unsure what defaults are
anyone know what safe voltages are to which i can set manually??
ive set ddr 3 voltage to 1.66 as ram specs
its the others im unsure of

The voltages should be fine and safe, but a bit high for your needs. For instance, my board auto sets the VCORE to 1.25V at stock, but with a 1GHz overclock VCORE 1.2V is fine. I'll let someone with knowledge of your board + chip give more specific answers.

big 120ml fan tower cooler
