Hi fatboy,

I've ordered a couple of 5850's from you, (OC914820), could you give me an approximate eta on them? I'm happy to swap them for any other brand, I'd just like them as soon as is possible.

You placed your order 20 minutes ago. There are a lot of orders before yours I am afraid. I would say about a week for the sapphire part as I am expecting a large delivery but your order is too young to start juggling about for free stock.
 
Fatboy; I'm waiting to order an i7 rig from you guys atm (waiting on a 5850), I'll be collecting form the store so it's an odd situation. Am I best just calling when I can in a morning to find out whether you guys are expecting anything in?. Not sure what to do rly. Edit: should add I'll prolly go 5870 if it's quicker ;P.

Place an order for card over the net then collect it when you come to get the rest of your rig. Call and confirm that you have one.

Still trying to find out what's going on with my order (OC912648) :(

I placed an order on Monday when there was 5 in stock, item was allocated, arranged delivery for Friday. Sent a webnote asking to change to Saturday delivery, and was told "Thanks for the web note. Unfortunately this item is out of stock"

Can you please tell me what is going on?

1st class service from fatboy and ocuk for all these updates and changing your orders,wouldnt get this anywhere else in the UK.

Unfortunately when you placed your order so did a lot of other people. You have not been allocated a card I am afraid.
