Any confirmation on my order placed 28/10/09? (OC909387 (The Sapphire 5870)) - Had posted in this thread earlier - though have to say I notice my order remains on "in our warehouse queue" :s

How can this be when there were 5 described as being "in stock" when I placed my order, after which it said there were 4? There was then a period of over half an hour before the remaining cards were taken. I attach the webnotes from your representatives informing me that I had been allocated a card, and confirming the shipping date.

Matt I do believe the error was my fault and I have made a mess of your order. Your order should have shipped and it looks like I have shipped an order incorrectly instead of yours. Please accept my apology for this It was a genuine error.

I have just done a physical check in the warehouse I do have 1 x Sapphire 5850 available for you if you would like to change over. Again sorry for the delay and the inconvenience caused.

Thanks for the apology FB. It would be great if I could take that Sapphire card, and if it could either be delivered on Saturday to my home address, or tomorrow to my work address (you originally wanted to deliver to the invoice address for security reasons)

Is my i& system on route

Hi Fatboy, doing a good job on keep your customer informed. I have an upgraded "Titan Goliath" Intel Core i7 system on backorder, was told it would ship this week Order No: 3480053. Can you please make me happy by confirming one of these 5870 cards that came in today has found a home inside my new system and its on route today....

So when you said yesterday you were getting a delivery on Wednesday you meant yesterday? I only ask because I wasn't sure if you meant yesterday or next Wednesday when you said Wednesday (hope that made sense!).

Was this the order that should have been about 60 pieces?

Unfortunately it hasn't I am afraid. I have a Vapor X 5870 Spare that I could do for you but it will cost you a bit more. I will give you a £25 discount off the list price. That is the best I can offer.

Haha, thats oh so close, I hope the distributors and delivery drivers keep their word as I need it for Thursday, I'll be stuck going to i38 with an empty case otherwise! :eek:
