Just to confirm I managed to grab the last of those XFX 5850's

Hi Fatboy, it's finally my time for me to be ordering one of these which i will be doing so in a few days (5850). Obviously being in extremely limited stock i am prepared to wait. What brand would you recommend me ordering from in order to get as early as possible. I'm not bothered about warranty or price mate. Cheers.
 
Hi Fatboy. if I actually order one this morning what are the chances of getting on the delivery list for next week?. I just called up and the girl I spoke to said you should have some in on Wednesday but she didn't sound overly sure (and of course all of the expected stock might be allocated already - 5850, any brand).

Sapphire or XFX would be my choice but the stock arriving over the next week is poor. I can not give you any clue on an eta I am afraid.

We are due stock next week. As to what we get and what is allocated I do not know. I will try and sort out as many people as I can but it's a big job and the back orders are getting worst and worst every day.

Righto, the problem is committing to a manufacturer lol. I presume if I commit to one then I'm stuck waiting for them to supply stock,. Hmmm, either way I'll pick the rest up today and be done with it :p.
