Connect iPhone to TV to watch stuff??

Now that Sky Mobile is working and o2 are giving away 3 months free sky sports i wanted to know if there was anyway to connect the iphone to a TV to watch Sky mobile on the big screen.

The iPhone cradle has a composite out on it iirc.

The dock doesn't have any video out capability. You can buy a composite or component video out cable but the iPhone/app has to push the image out via the video out, it doesn't just mirror the screen. It mainly works with videos in the iPod app.

I very much doubt that Sky have programmed it into their app so it won't work.

According to my googling, it definitely doesnt work on a standard iphone.

Double negative, do you mean that will have ensured you can't do what im after?

May have to look up the unofficial methods of doing this

Sorry, missed a comma there. It won't work and I don't think there will be an unofficial way of doing it.

The iphone can output anything which is on its screen after a quick google about this subject. I wouldnt want to go into detail here though.
