Weird thing is it was proved that fish can actually feel pain etc.
Yes. A fish can 'feel' 'pain' but does it have the brain to do anything other than react instinctively? That is, the pain reflex is obvious but is it anything more than that...?
I made a similar comment twice already. In a nutshell, it seems very unlikely that it is more than that due to the relatively simple complexity of a fishes neurology.
However the aversion to bodily damage manifests itself physically/neurologically in a fish, the chances are that their 'pain' is just as unpleasant as it is for us - otherwise there'd be no reason to try and avoid it.
That's really disgusting and totally disrespectful.
Wasn't someone on I'm A Celebrity busy eating live spiders the other day?
They eat anything going on that show.![]()
Wasn't someone on I'm A Celebrity busy eating live spiders the other day? Is that also not OK?
I would say no. And a no to watching such a crap program.
I think it's time we nuked the Japs. As a race they're just to freakily weird to fit in with the rest of the world.
[edit]Dammit, my fault for trusting the token fat guy in the office. He told me this was Japs not Chinese. Doesn't work now.
