*** Official Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Thread***

I feel it comical that im stopped from playing the single player let alone the multiplayer because steams servers are too busy to allow my game to start, farsicle.
 
Steam has got pretty bad since mw2 was released on it. Ive never encountered so many times where its busy ro telling me to try later because the game isnt available.
 
The IWnet isn't too bad but finding my local sever and play with the same friends ain't going to happen.
 
Always thought there'd be a noticeable difference between a top spec PC rig and a console but all the reviews seem to say otherwise.

I guess it's what you're looking for - certain bits will be different but whilst playing I gues you just don't notice. Saying that, on a big TV set playing @ 1080i with 8xAA and 125fps will be a better experience on a PC :P

Its capped to around 85fps or so.
 
Just got the game, wasn't expecting that much but love my first session in the SP - very fast and furious. Then hopped onto MP and just loving it - wasn't expecting that much after all the boycott plans etc but not felt this good about an FPS since MOHAA :)

On a warning note if you use xfire you may have to disable the ingame element for MW2 as it was crashing my game and seems to have affected others as well
 
Just finished the single player and the only word i have to describe it is epic.

Pretty challenging in places but fun all the way through. :d
 
It's basically a miracle to get you and all of your mates in a game together. Been running parties of 8-10 peeps all week and it takes about 30minutes to get a game where it's let us all in :/

Why not just do a Private game? If you have enough people, (plenty in the OcUK MW2 group) you can be all together that way.
