So I'm not a frequent poster, but I've been on the ocuk forums for many years under a couple of different guises & a good customer of thiers. Great, you'd think, but now, when the misses is watching some crap romcom on the tv & I'm sat at the pc or on my iPhone browsing the forums she says "ohh your surfing your pron site again!!!"

No amount of explaining about the nature of the forums helps, she knows im a nerd & she has me by the nuts as I get on the defensive now everytime she has a pop.

So, do I have to go all underground & just surf ocuk from the bog & work or maybe apply a new forum style so she thinks I've shifted my addiction to another site or just man up & chAin her to the kitchen so she can't see me on the computer.

What would you do?

Or just sit her there and see if she really thinks it's pr0n after she's crying tears of boredom/ not understanding when she sees the technical forum sub sections.

Or just say to her 'yeah it is pr0n'
 
Man up.

Tell her that you are on a pr0n site and invite her to come have a look. Quids in if she agrees, bail out and throw out an "Only joking *teehee*" if it goes sour!
 
Next time she makes a remark like that - stare at her for about five seconds, and tell her to get back into the kitchen :p

Or another plan is - next time she says it - ask her "Does that bother you?" - if she says no, introduce her into some porn surfing and make it HAPPEN :D
Of course, if she says yes, then go back to plan A :D
 
I'm failing to understand why she thinks it's a porn site, what are you doing sitting there shouting
"OOohhhh yeah tefal spam that thread like you love it" or
"Damn scuzi punish her, yeah suspend her, that's soooo nasty!"

I mean what is it your doing to give her that impression?
 
Yeah, open up some porn sites, turn up the volume and see how long it takes her to submit as she'll be worried about the neighbours hearing. :P

Stop being so defensive when she mentions it, she's winding you up and it's what she wants, if she says you're on porn again just say 'Yeah, it's great!'.
 
I left a pic of a 27" iMac someone posted in the mac forum on my screen earlier, she's getting one delivered in the next few days, it was my way of saying "it's not ok for me to look but it's ok for you to bring it home!"
